Chocolate PROTEIN Mug Cake! {1 MIN & VEGAN}

If you follow me on Instagram you've probably seen this bad boy on my story a few times.


For this recipe you will need:

✩ 2 Tbsp or 1 Scoop vegan chocolate protein powder (I used Orgain)

✩ 1 Tbsp pb fit powder

✩ 1 Tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

✩ 1/4 Cup almond milk

✩ 1/4 Tsp baking powder

✩ Handful of dark chocolate chips

✩ Optional: stevia or sweetener for added sweetness


Mix ingredients all together in a mug or small bowl and microwave for 1min.

You can top with peanut butter or yogurt for added protein! I like adding greek yogurt and berries for a combo of sweet and tangy flavours.
