About Morgan

Hey there! My name is Morgan India Venn and here's a little background on me and my story. ​

After modelling for 3 years (from the age of 16-19), I took a break to fix my relationship with food. Diet culture and the toxic restrictions on young models to stay an unhealthy skinny put a lot of pressure of my self-worth, and had made me fall into a restrictive eating disorder. At the time I viewed myself as "only being healthy"- but I cut out carbs, oil, sugar and was scared to eat foods that diet culture deemed was"bad". I was so terrified of gaining weight because of how the modelling and fashion industry demonises being fat- actually scratch that- being a HEALTHY weight.

Fast track to now, I've come so far in recovering and fixing my mindset. And strength training and fitness have played a huge role in that. I've become a huge advocate in fighting eating disorders, toxic diet culture and instead promoting balance and health!
