EASY Protein Pancakes! {Paleo | GF | Low Cal}

less than 10 minutes | customisable! | 155 cals, 9g protein (just pancakes)

We are just going to get straight into this recipe because food bloggers that just talk and talk on their recipe pages can be so annoying...ANYWAYS


For this recipe you will need:

☆ 1/3 cup Egg whites

☆ 1/4 cup Rolled Oats (sub-gluten free)

☆ 1/4 cup almond milk

☆ 1/4-1/2 of a banana

☆ 1 tsp Baking Soda / Sodium Bicarbonate

OPTIONAL: add protein powder for extra protein


Add these ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth and cook on medium until bubbles appear and it browns.


I like topping it with peanut butter (or pb fit), greek yogurt (Fage 0% or Oikos triple zero vanila is soo good) and fruit!


Side note: these pancakes are thin but can be rolled up and made into crepes!
